Abstract

Development of an innovative optimization methodology combining Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) with the Third-Order Shear Deformation Theory (TSDT) for free vibration analysis of FGM plates. ANN surrogate models allow significant reduction of computational cost while maintaining high accuracy in predicting natural frequencies for various material configurations and boundary conditions.
